Teacher Training Must Be Effective and Efficient Or Else

To ensure effective and efficient output there is a need for sane trainings that improve one's competence.

However, no amount of trainings and all could be transformed into a great achievement of learners in the said learning areas if the training is merely for compliance and not really for development of competence.

What is important here is the capacity of the teachers to absorb strategies, skills, values et cetera. But, unfortunately, not all teacher trainings have the principles sane enough to ensuring effective and efficient learning encounters between and among participants, speakers, training manager, staff, etc.

Training participants are varied in personality. Others are fast learners, some not so fast and others just needing time to become fast, right?

Humans as they are, they have limits when it comes to absorbing information, etc. say making them feel pressured on absorbing all the inputs sans considering their own limitations and all. It would just be waste of time, inutile and would boil down to inefficiency.

So there is a need for training manager to see to it that participants have all the freedom to feel confident, competent and all while undergoing the process of listening to speakers delivering their topics.

Speakers must have also the freedom to experiment on their delivery once they see fit the chance of making a presentation unique to the personality of the participants. If the participants are all chronologically advanced learners, of course, activities must be implemented with their comforts and all being considered. What is the use of always letting them move around the venue if they have arthritis attack and so on?

Young participants must be challenged to involve more in arduous task say, groupings that could develop their physical or mental acuity.Visit https://guideteachertraining.com/

Mixed group of young and not-so-young participants, activities must have flexibility. Speakers must see to it that everybody is enjoying and learning at the same time, and not just pretending participating because of the activities not flexible enough to give chance to differently-able participants- yes, in this case the chronologically advanced. Yes, consider this thing before a participant realizes that he is just wasting his time, suffering discomforts and all than learning.

Training manager must observe professionalism, competence and all when he wants to make a good impression on the participants, speakers and all. Yes, it takes trial and error to those who does know his job well and would create problems along the way. To avoid this, always observe competence so that others will learn positive things and cherish the experience meaningfully.

But, there is always a big room for improvement. However, if you were always exhibiting incompetence it would be too obvious for others to get noticed that you are simply pretending being one. A square peg in a round hole is not good. Find your fit and everybody will be happy.
