 Professional football, or should I say as we all refer to it as the NFL, has been around for fifty (50) years, there have been a lot of changes in the way the game is played, but has anyone really paid attention as to how the uniforms have changed? Over these fifty years we have seen very thing from the leather head gear to the players not wearing any padding. As we moved into a new era, the NFL Football Clothing has taken on a new style and look as if it was fashion week in New York. With all of the different fashion designs of the team uniforms.

There was a time a team had only of kind of jersey and pants, a cotton shirt with a number and no name, now we have the nylon jerseys with the embroidery and color pipping and players names in colors that will stand out in a crowd to let everyone no who we are cheering for.

 

Some fans believe what colors the team wear will determine if they win or lose. I will say this NFL Football Clothing has made the fans become the twelfth man of the game, we can dress like our favorite player be it the QB or RB, in everything from a jersey to a jacket to our favorite head gear. I wonder in the coming years will we see a fashion week each year for the new line of NFL clothing for the fans,will Rebook,Nike and all the other sport apparel brands have to compete with the top fashion brands Ralph Lauren, Roberto Cavalli, Donna Karan, etc. Maybe the players can add runway model as an off-season gig.
